Due to the joy's of the Pandemic most of the work is now remote!
WILL MY BABY CRY?
Baby's use their cry to express an emotion. It does not always mean they are sad or suffering, sometimes they are just really angry! I will never suggest anything that makes you feel uncomfortable and your baby will NEVER be left to cry it out without comfort for you.
WHAT'S THE PROCESS?
Once you have booked in with me I will send you out some forms to fill in. this will involve a sleep diary for you to document your little one's sleep. We will then have a consultation to discuss the issue and we will collectively work together to come up with a sleep programme that best fits your family. You will then have a weeks unlimited support and two follow up phone calls to make sure you are all on the right track!
